WhiteLine Services was contracted to provide soft-strip demolition for an office building in the centre of Belfast.
In this project we fully removed all electrical wiring, non structural interior walls, air-con ventilation ducts and roller shutters on exterior windows and doors.
We also completed a difficult removal of five exterior balconys as well as removing and disposing of non licensed asbestos from the premises, leaving it ready for renovation.
